Privacy Policy
podscribie (“we”, “us”) is operated as a sole-proprietor product. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to delete it.
What we collect
- Account info — your Google email and display name (via Supabase Auth) when you sign in.
- Transcripts & summaries you generate — the episodes you transcribe and your AI chat history. Stored in our database (Supabase) and object storage (Cloudflare R2).
- Usage counters — daily transcript / chat counts, used to enforce plan limits.
- Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
- Server logs — Cloudflare Workers logs include IP, user-agent, and request paths, retained for 7 days for debugging.
What we don't collect
- No third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or ad networks.
- No fingerprinting beyond what Cloudflare logs natively.
- No data brokers.
How we use your data
- Run the service (auth, transcripts, billing).
- Send you account and billing emails (no marketing blasts).
- Debug bugs you report.
Subprocessors
- Supabase — auth + Postgres database
- Cloudflare — hosting + object storage
- Deepgram — audio transcription
- OpenAI — summary + chat (input not used for training per OpenAI's API terms)
- Stripe — payments

Public episode pages
Episode summaries we publish at podscribie.com/p/<podcast>/<episode> are indexable by search engines. The first ~5 minutes of transcript are public; the full transcript requires sign-in. We respect takedown requests from podcast rights holders — see our DMCA policy below.
